Terms & Conditions – The Padel Spot

​

These terms and conditions apply to all lessons, training sessions, clinics, events and other activities organised by The Padel Spot. By registering for an activity, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

1. Registration for lessons, training sessions, clinics, events and other activities can be completed via www.thepadelspot.nl or directly by contacting The Padel Spot.

2. Registration is considered confirmed once confirmation has been received from The Padel Spot.

3. After registration, the participant will receive an invoice. Unless stated otherwise, the invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Lesson packages are personal and non-transferable.

5. If a participant is unable to attend a lesson, the payment obligation for the agreed lesson package or booked activity remains in place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Late Payment & Debt Collection

1. If payment has not been received within the specified payment period, The Padel Spot may send one or more payment reminders.

2. If payment remains outstanding after these reminders, The Padel Spot may send a final notice granting an additional payment period of 14 days, where legally required.

3. If payment is still not received after the applicable payment period has expired, The Padel Spot may refer the outstanding claim to a debt collection agency or bailiff.

4. Any statutory extrajudicial collection costs, statutory interest and legal costs may be charged to the participant to the extent permitted by law.

5. The Padel Spot reserves the right to temporarily suspend participation in further lessons, training sessions, clinics, events and other activities while invoices remain unpaid, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Cancellations & Absence

1. If a participant is unable to attend or is absent from a lesson, the right to that lesson is forfeited. Make-up lessons are only possible if The Padel Spot is able to offer them.

2. If a trainer is unable to teach due to illness or other circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled or provided by a replacement trainer.

3. In the event of adverse weather conditions, The Padel Spot will decide whether the lesson can proceed. Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled.

4. Liability

1. Participation in lessons and activities is at the participant's own risk.

2. The Padel Spot, its trainers and partners are not liable for personal injury or damage to property, except where such damage or injury can legally be attributed to them.

3. Participants are advised to have appropriate sports insurance.

5. Conduct & Safety

1. Participants must always follow the instructions of trainers and staff.

2. Appropriate sportswear and sports shoes with non-marking soles are required.

3. Respectful behaviour towards trainers, fellow participants and equipment is expected at all times.

4. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a lesson or activity. Any consequences regarding refunds will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Privacy & Communication

1. The Padel Spot uses participants' contact details to communicate about registrations, lessons, payments and activities.

2. The Padel Spot may take photographs and videos during lessons and activities for promotional purposes. Participants who object may notify The Padel Spot in writing in advance. Where legally required, prior consent will be obtained.

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

7. Other Provisions

1. The Padel Spot reserves the right to reschedule, combine or cancel lessons if there are insufficient participants.

2. In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, The Padel Spot will consult with the participant concerned and act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
