Lesson regulations – The Padel Spot
These regulations apply to all lessons, training sessions, clinics, and activities organized by The Padel Spot. By registering for lessons, the participant agrees to the conditions below.

1. Registration & payment
1. Registration for lessons takes place via www.thepadelspot.nl or directly by contacting The Padel Spot.
2. A registration is only final upon receipt of the confirmation and (if applicable) payment.
3. Tuition fees must be paid 14 days after the first lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Course packages are personal and non-transferable.

2. Cancellation & absence
1. In the event of the participant's inability to attend, the right to the lesson is forfeited; catch-up opportunities are only possible if The Padel Spot can offer them.
2. If a trainer is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances, the lesson will be made up at another time or provided by a substitute trainer.
3. In the event of bad weather conditions, The Padel Spot decides whether the lesson will take place. Cancelled lessons will be made up.

3. Liability
1. Participation in lessons is entirely at your own risk.
2. The Padel Spot, its trainers, and partners are not liable for personal injury or property damage, unless caused by gross negligence.
3. Participants are advised to have appropriate (sports) insurance.

4. Behavior & safety
1. Participants must always follow instructions from trainers and staff.
2. Wearing suitable sportswear and shoes with non-marking soles is mandatory.
3. Respectful behavior towards trainers, teammates, and equipment is a matter of course.
4. Inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the class without refund.

5. Privacy & communication
1. By registering, the participant agrees to the use of contact details for communication regarding lessons and activities.
2. The Padel Spot may take photos and videos during lessons for promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish this, they may indicate this in writing in advance.

6. Other provisions
1. The Padel Spot reserves the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel classes in the event of insufficient participants.
2. In cases not covered by these regulations, The Padel Spot shall decide.
